"I had a very disappointing experience with this insurance agency due to lack of transparency and incorrect information. I specifically asked multiple times about safe driving program. I asked i do not want to put monitoring device in my car as my wife’s attention while driving is more on how device is rating her driving than safety. Each time, I was not given clear or accurate information. Only later was I told that I had no real choice—either I install the monitor or my insurance premium would increase. This information should have been disclosed clearly and honestly from the beginning so I could make an informed decision. Feeling pressured after the fact is not acceptable and reflects poor communication and customer service. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this agency ask for all terms in writing upfront, especially regarding monitoring devices and potential premium changes."
